Vogel Summer Concert Series to feature shows in Asbury Park and Holmdel

Constantine Maroulis will perform in Asbury Park and Holmdel as part of the Vogel Summer Concert Series.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal, in collaboration with Madison Marquette and Bell Works, has put together the Vogel Summer Concert Series, which will include outdoor shows this summer at the newly restored Arthur Pryor Bandshell on the Asbury Park Boardwalk, and the rooftop deck at Bell Works in Holmdel.

Socially distant seating will be available at both venues, with a full and food menu provided by the Iron Whale in Asbury Park and Bar Bellà at Bell Works.

ASBURY PARK

(Shows are at 5:30 and 8 p.m. unless otherwise noted.)
May 12, 6:30 p.m.:
The Paragon Ragtime Orchestra. This show will open the restored Arthur Pryor Bandshell with a program of music written by trombonist and bandleader Pryor, who was based in Asbury Park for much of his career.
May 26: “The Wicked Divas,” featuring Alli Mauzey and Dee Roscioli, who both have appeared in “Wicked” as well as other Broadway shows.
June 9: Constantine Maroulis
June 23: Jarrod Spector and Kelli Barrett
July 14: The Weeklings
July 28: Adam Pascal
Aug. 11: Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo
Aug. 25: Motor City Revue

May 27: Art Topilow (piano) and Danny Bacher (saxophone, vocals), with Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks
