Lucinda Williams will perform at the Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park, April 26.

Lucinda Williams has been added to the lineup of the Asbury Park Music + Film Festival, which takes place April 23-26. Williams’ show will be at 7 p.m. April 26, at the Paramount Theatre; visit ticketmaster.com.

Williams next album, Good Souls Better Angels, will be released on April 24. You can listen to the album’s first single, the politically charged “Man Without a Soul,” below.

Here is a list of other events currently scheduled for the festival, which is in its sixth year. All are in Asbury Park unless otherwise noted.

April 23, 8 p.m.: Melissa Etheridge at Paramount Theatre.

April 24, 7 p.m.: Kevin Devine at House of Independents.

April 24, 8 p.m.: Remember Jones, performing Joe Cocker’s Mad Dogs and Englishmen double album, at the Count Basie Center for the Arts, Red Bank.

April 25, 3 p.m.: “The Bruce Springsteen Archives,” featuring rare and previously unseen clips, at Paramount Theatre.

April 25, 7 p.m.: “An Evening With David Chase” at Paramount Theatre.

April 25, 7:30 p.m.: Parlor Mob, American Trappist, The Vaughns at House of Independents.

April 26, 11 a.m.: Rock and Roll Playhouse, “The Beatles for Kids” at Stone Pony.

April 26, 11:30 a.m.: “Dylan Archives V,” featuring rare and previous unseen clips, at House of Independents.

April 26, 1:30 p.m.: Rock and Roll Playhouse, “Grateful Dead Music for Kids” at Stone Pony.

April 26 at 7 p.m.: Marshall Crenshaw and the Bottle Rockets at Wonder Bar.
