Paul McCartney will make MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford the only tri-state area stop of his One on One Tour this summer, performing there on Aug. 7. This will be his first New Jersey concert in 14 years.

Tickets, priced from $19.50 to $275, will go on sale April 22 at 10 a.m., with a presale for American Express card members beginning April 18 at 10 a.m.

McCartney will be backed, as he has on all his tours for more than a decade, by a band consisting of Paul “Wix” Wickens on keyboards, Brian Ray on bass and guitar, Rusty Anderson on guitar and Abe Laboriel Jr. on drums.

McCartney, who will turn 74 on June 18, will also perform at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on July 12, and Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pa. on July 19.

Not counting smaller-scale appearances, McCartney’s last New York area shows were at Citi Field in Queens in 2009, Yankee Stadium in the Bronx in 2011, and the Barclays Center in Brooklyn in 2013
