Rancid, Dropkick Murphys rock the Stone Pony

Veteran punk bands Rancid and Dropkick Murphys brought their From Boston to Berkeley Tour — the title refers to the groups’ respective home towns — to the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park on Aug. 4. And photographer Wes Orshoski was there to capture the mayhem, including the part of the Dropkick Murphys set where they were joined by a few dozen of their fans. Check out some of his photos below.

As they have been doing throughout the tour, the bands performed separate sets, then joined forces for the encores.
