Paul Simon appeared at the Richardson Auditorium at Princeton University on Tuesday, in a public conversation with poet and professor Paul Muldoon. Simon is technically a New Jersey native, having been born in Newark, but his family moved away when he was still an infant, and he grew up in Queens, N.Y.
