Bruce Springsteen sings “Tenth Avenue Freeze-out” at The Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, on May 30.

Bruce Springsteen has released Part 4 of his “Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour (Philadelphia Freedom Cut)” concert film. This features the encore section of the show, ending with a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Chimes of Freedom”; you can watch it below.

The film documents Springsteen’s May 30, 2026 concert with The E Street Band at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.

Springsteen exhorts his fans, in his introduction to “Chimes of Freedom”: “Find a way to take aggressive, peaceful action to defend our country’s ideals. Do as the great Civil Rights leader John Lewis said: Go out and get in some good trouble. Say something, do something, sing something. If you’re feeling helpless, if you’re feeling hopeless, if you’re feeling angry, if you’re feeling betrayed, if you’re feeling frustrated, I understand. That’s why we’re here tonight. We needed to feel your strength and your hope and your faith, and we needed to bring you some strength and some hope and some faith. I hope we did that for you, Philadelphia, tonight.”

In early September, when Part 1 was released, Springsteen was asked by Rolling Stone if the unusual method of releasing this film had anything to do with the midterm elections, and said:

Well, it wasn’t specifically planned to fall into the midterms, but if it does, that’s great. Really, we just had Thom (Zimny) do the first seven songs to see what we had. I didn’t know what the show was like on film. He basically cut, edited, and we got the sound good on the first seven pieces. When I saw it, I said, “This has got to come out now.”

I can’t wait another three, four months for the rest of the concert to be edited and have it finished. The whole thing, the pop-up tour, was about immediacy and being in this moment, providing something that I felt an audience, my audience, could use in this moment.

The film is being released in memory of the late writer and activist Dave Marsh, a longtime friend of Springsteen’s.
