Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band add two MetLife Stadium concerts to tour

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, Aug. 30 and Sept. 1.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have added shows in 18 cities to their current tour. These will include dates at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, Aug. 30 and Sept. 1, as well as Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Aug. 16 and 18.

The East Rutherford Verified Fan on-sale will be on Feb. 24, with Verified Fan registration necessary by midnight Feb. 19. The Philadelphia on-sale is on Feb. 28.

The band‘s current tour, their first in nearly six years, began on Feb. 1. A show is scheduled for tonight at the Toyota Center in Houston.

These are the new dates:

Aug. 9: Wrigley Field, Chicago
Aug. 16 and 18: Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia
Aug. 24: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Mass.
Aug. 28: Nationals Park, Washington, D.C.
Aug. 30 and Sept. 1: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford
Sept. 7: JMA Wireless Dome, Syracuse, N.Y.
Sept. 9: Oriole Park at Camden Yard, Baltimore
Sept. 12: PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh
Nov. 3: Rogers Arena, Vancouver
Nov. 6: Rogers Place, Edmonton
Nov. 8: Scotiabank Saddledome, Calgary
Nov. 10: Canada Life Centre, Winnepeg
Nov. 14 and 16: Scotiabank Arena, Toronto
Nov. 18: Canadian Tire Centre, Ottawa
Nov. 20: Centre Bell, Montreal
Nov. 30: Footprint Center, Phoenix
Dec. 4 and 6: Kia Forum, Inglewood, Calif.
Dec. 8: Chase Center, San Francisco

Earlier shows in the New Jersey area will include the Prudential Center in Newark, April 14, as well as the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, March 16; Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, April 1; the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, April 3; and the UBS Arena at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y., April 9 and 11.
