In 1989, Joe Bonamassa opened for B.B. King when he was just 12 years old. This year, the blues singer-songwriter-guitarist will play songs associated with King as well as two other blues giants — Albert King and Freddie King (no relation) — on a summer tour that will kick off with two New Jersey shows: Aug. 7 at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden and Aug. 8 at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel.
