Bruce Springsteen, John Fogerty and others perform at a party in 1995.

Actor John Stamos has shared, on his Facebook page, a video of John Fogerty, Bruce Springsteen and others performing at a 1995 party. Songs heard, mostly in truncated form, on the nearly 15-minute clip include “Born on the Bayou,” “In the Midnight Hour,” “Proud Mary,” “Baby What You Want Me to Do,” “Cotton Fields,” “Green River,” “I’m Your Detail Man” and “Suzie Q.” You can watch it below.

The biggest mystery on the clip is “I’m Your Detail Man,” a bluesy song, featuring Springsteen on lead vocals. I have not been able to find out anything else about this song: Could it be a “lost” Springsteen original? If you know anything about it, please let me know in the comments section below.

Stamos included the following message when posting it:

“This happened 25 years ago (no Stamos, it wasn’t a dream) It was @JohnFogerty ‘s intimate 50th surprise birthday party. Now, I promised super cool Julie Fogerty that I would never let this private home-spun video out of my hands. (posting wasn’t even close to being a thing yet) But sitting around during this time, scanning through old videos, I figured it would be extremely special for people to see these two SUPERNOVA’S, two of music’s biggest and most legendary ICONS sing and play together. (In John’s living room, no less) So I asked Julie if it was okay to post a bit … she said, “Sure, and when this whole thing is over, let’s have a barbecue.” I f’n love John & Julie Fogerty so much! Thank you for this unforgettable, once in a lifetime, unimaginable, most incredible musical moment of my life!”

I remember it fondly. Can’t believe it’s been 25 years. By the way, I was the Cameraman.

Are you insane? Can you read? Obviously not. Because if you could you would realize this video was made in 1995! Btw, there are many wonderful groups that teach adults to read. I suggest you try one.

I have a suggestion. Consider using your time in quarantine to learn reading and comprehension.

Hey John ; Weren’t you in Freehold , NJ back in 2000 filming an independent movie ? Was wondering if you checked out the Jersey Shore scene and Springsteen landmarks.

Detail Man seems it could be the flip side of Red Headed Woman.
