(June 28 Update: The show has been postponed to Aug. 19, 2021)
Lady Gaga will present only six shows on her Chromatica Ball Tour, and one of them will be in New Jersey. She’ll perform at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, Aug. 19.
There will be a pre-sale for Citi cardmembers, March 10 at 10 a.m. For information, visit citientertainment.com.
The other five shows will be at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France (near Paris), July 24; Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, July 30; Fenway Park in Boston, Aug. 5; The Rogers Centre in Toronto, Aug. 9; and Wrigley Field in Chicago, Aug. 14.
Every North American ticket will include a copy of Gaga’s Chromatica album, to be released April 10. The album’s first single, “Stupid Love,” has already been released (see below).
In an interview with the Apple Music radio station Beat 1, Gaga said the new album will be very dance-oriented: “We are definitely dancing … I put all my heart, all my pain, all my messages from the other realm that I hear of … what they tell me to tell the world and I put it into music that I believe to be so fun and you know, energetically really pure. I want people to dance and feel happy. I would like to put out music that a big chunk of the world will hear, and it will become a part of their daily lives and make them happy every single day.”
