Details announced for NJ Hall of Fame virtual induction ceremony, Oct. 18

The New Jersey Hall of Fame’s virtual induction ceremony takes place Oct. 18.

Actor and Livingston native Jason Alexander, who was inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame last year, will host this year’s virtual ceremony, which can be seen on television and online, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m.

Wyclef Jean and Tommy James, who were both inducted in 2017, will perform, and “Stranger Things” co-star Gaten Matarazzo will present a musical tribute to health care professionals. Others who have been confirmed include Annette Bening (presenting and accepting on behalf of the late Danny Aiello), Dionne Warwick, and Gov. Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy.

The broadcast will be pre-recorded and viewable on NJTV, WWOR/MY9NJ, NJ.com, facebook.com/NewJerseyHallOfFame and youtube.com/c/NewJerseyHallOfFame.
