
This year’s American Music Honors show will take place on April 18.
The Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music at Monmouth University has announced the honorees of its fourth annual American Music Honors event, to be held April 18 at the West Long Branch university’s Pollak Theatre: Dionne Warwick, Patti Smith, Dr. Dre, The E Street Band, and The Doors. The event will also include a tribute to The Band, whose original members are all deceased.
Stevie Van Zandt’s Disciples of Soul will be the house band for the fourth straight year, and Brian Williams will host.
Award presenters will include Springsteen (Dionne Warwick and Patti Smith), Van Zandt (The Doors), Jimmy Iovine (Dr. Dre) and Jon Landau (The E Street Band).
Tickets will go on sale March 18 at noon at springsteencenter.org/american-music-honors-2026.

2023: Sam Moore, Darlene Love, Stevie Van Zandt, Steve Earle
2024: John Mellencamp, Jackson Browne, Mavis Staples, Dion
2025: Smokey Robinson, John Fogerty, Emmylou Harris, Tom Morello, Joe Ely
