
The New Jersey Hall of Fame has announced its 2026 nominees.
The New Jersey Hall of Fame has announced its 50 nominees for its class of 2026. The 10 in the Arts & Entertainment category, in alphabetical order, are James L. Brooks, Bobby Cannavale, Tom Cantone, Michael B. Jordan, Marilyn McCoo, Melba Moore, the late Phoebe Snow, SZA, The Rascals and the late “Uncle Floyd” Vivino.
The Arts & Letters nominees are Steve Adubato Jr., Mitch Albom, the late Michael Aron, Janet Evanovich, Elizabeth Gilbert, Big Joe Henry, Jennifer Jones, Peter King, the late “Produce Pete” Napolitano and Marvin Scott.
Among the other 30 nominees are John Scher (Enterprise), former Gov. Christine Todd Whitman (Public Service), Wayne Chrebet (Sports) and the late Alfred Kinsey (Education, Research, Engineering & Science).
All the nominees can be seen and votes can be cast HERE. The deadline is May 31.
The date and location have not yet been announced for the 2026 induction ceremony. Last year’s ceremony was held in November at The Rink at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford, with inductees including The Jonas Brothers, The Isley Brothers, David Bryan and Dorothea Bongiovi.
