June 20: New Jersey Symphony at “Giralda: An Evening of Pure Imagination” fundraiser for Morris Arts at Annunciation Center at Saint Elizabeth University, Morristown. Kyle Ritenauer, conductor. Program includes John Stafford Smith’s The Star-Spangled Banner (arr. Walter Damrosch); Leonard Bernstein Overture to Candide; Duke Ellington! A Medley for Orchestra (arr. Calvin Custer); Igor Stravinsky “Infernal Dance” and “Finale” from The Firebird Suite (1919); Valerie Coleman’s Seven O’Clock Shout; Aaron Copland’s “Variations on a Shaker Melody” from Appalachian Spring; John Williams “Main Title” from Star Wars; Armed Forces Salute (featuring works by various composers); John Philip Sousa’s The Stars and Stripes Forever.
June 20: Hanover Wind Symphony, On the Lawn Concert Series at Kinnelon Public Library.

June 21: Princeton Symphony Orchestra featuring singer Julie Benko at Morven Museum & Garden, Princeton. Rossen Milanov, conductor. “American Fanfare” program. Part of The Princeton Festival.

June 22: Max Richter at Prudential Hall at NJPAC, Newark.

June 24: Masterwork Chorus, “Summer Sings” at Chatham United Methodist Church. Martin Sedek, conductor. Program includes Mozart’s Requiem.
June 24: Harmonium Choral Society at Grace Church, Madison. Program includes works by Bruckner, Billings, Bernstein, Rosephanye Powell, Elizabeth Alexander, Lucy Cook, Mark Miller and others.

June 25: “America 250: A Four-Hand Piano Celebration” featuring Madalina Danila and Hugh Sung at Great Auditorium, Ocean Grove. Program includes music by Gershwin, Copland and Bernstein.

June 26: New Jersey Symphony, Essex County Parks Summer Music at Branch Brook Park, Newark. Kyle Ritenauer, conductor. Program includes John Stafford Smith’s The Star-Spangled Banner (arr.
