Ozzy Osbourne in “Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning”
The concert film “Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning” will be shown in theaters Oct. 28-29. You can watch the trailer below and find out where it can be seen in New Jersey (or elsewhere) at backtothebeginning.com.
The film documents the all-star July 5, 2025 concert that paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne and reunited him with fellow Black Sabbath co-founders Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, for a final performance.
The concert took place at the Villa Park stadium in Black Sabbath’s original hometown of Birmingham, England. Osbourne, who had multiple long-term health issues, performed while seated at the concert, and died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76.
Other performers at the show included Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Slayer, Tool, Tom Morello, Alice in Chains, Steven Tyler, Anthrax, Gojira, Halestorm, Lamb of God, Mastodon, Pantera, Rival Sons, Billy Corgan, Ron Wood, Sammy Hagar, Zakk Wylde, Vernon Reid, Yungblud, Travis Barker and many others.
