The 2022 Light of Day WinterFest has been postponed.
Following the postponement, last week, of two Light of Day WinterFest shows, the entire festival has now been postponed, because of unsafe conditions due to COVID-19.
The main concert, originally scheduled for Jan. 14 at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, will now take place there on March 12, with tickets to the original show honored or refunded (if returned by Feb. 4). The rescheduling of other events will be announced later.

The Jan. 14 concert had been scheduled to feature Willie Nile, Joe Grushecky & the Houserockers, Jesse Malin, James Maddock, Joe D’Urso & Stone Caravan, Linda Chorney and others. The lineup for the March 12 show is not available yet.
Most of the WinterFest events had been scheduled for Asbury Park, though there were also shows in Montclair, Manhattan and Stony Point, N.Y., in addition to Red Bank.
Proceeds from Light of Day concerts raise money and awareness for the battle against Parkinson’s disease and related illnesses ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) and PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy). Since its creation in 2000, Light of Day has raised close to $6 million.
