Remember Jones has announced a series of “Cocktail Hour” shows, to be broadcast May 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 7 p.m. at facebook.com/rememberjonesmusic and his YouTube channel. They will be hour-long shows with guest musicians, no repeat songs and “inspired cocktails,” he posted on Facebook.
The shows will be co-presented by area arts institutions and benefit a variety of causes.

May 7: Co-presented by the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank and benefiting Get Us PPE.
May 14: Co-presented by The Strand Theater in Lakewood and Camp Jam in the Pines in Hammonton and benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey.
May 21: Also featuring Quincy Mumford. Co-presented by Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal and The Asbury hotel and Asbury Lanes in Asbury Park and benefiting Fulfill.
May 28: Co-presented with Brooklyn Bowl and benefiting Move for Hunger.
Remember Jones recently released a cover of Edgar Winter’s “Save the Planet” as a charity single for Get Us PPE, an organization founded by healthcare workers to get the protective equipment that is widely needed during the coronavirus crisis.
