Opening a two-night stand at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, June 4, Coldplay welcomed an unannounced guest: Australian pop star Kylie Minogue, who sang her 2001 hit “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” with them on a small stage. You can watch the number below.
“Can’t Get You Out of My Head” was a No. 1 hit in Australia, the United Kingdom and elsewhere, and reached the Top 10 in the United States.
According to setlist.fm, Coldplay has performed “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” twice before: In 2005, at the Glastonbury Festival in England; and in 2014, with Minogue, at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, Australia.
Coldplay’s second MetLife Stadium show takes place at 7 p.m. June 5, with H.E.R. opening. For tickets, visit ticketmaster.com.
