Marilyn Manson‘s Feb. 16 concert at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville — also the last show of the January/February leg of his Heaven Upside Down Tour — featured, as its last encore, a cover of the Patti Smith Band’s 1978 anthem, “Rock n Roll Nigger.”
