Asbury Lanes in Asbury Park is clearly one of the state’s most unique nightclubs. It’s not just converted from a bowling alley, but it still has some lanes, so you can play while the bands perform.
New York garage-punk band the Dead Exs took advantage of the club’s gritty retro ambience in its 2011 video for its catchy and powerful “More Stuff.” Check it out below.
