Ocean City Pops announces summer season at Music Pier

Ocean City Pops has announced its summer season, which will begin with a concert by Judy Collins on June 21. And with a number of non-Pops rock shows already announced, it looks like it’s going to be a very busy summer at Ocean City’s Music Pier.

Below is the Music Pier’s summer schedule. For tickets to shows with asterisks (*), visit Ticketmaster. For tickets all other shows, visit oceancitypops.org.

July 6: Get the Led Out (Led Zeppelin tribute) *
July 12: Ocean City Pops: Memories of Frank Sinatra with singer Michael Martocci and Sinatra conductor Vincent Falcone Jr.
July 13: The Machine (Pink Floyd tribute) *
July 15: Ocean City Pops: Cirque de la Symphonie, with acrobats, contortionists, jugglers, balancers and strongmen.
July 19: Ocean City Pops: Broadway Spectacular with Jamie Eisenhower and Jeremiah James. Songs from “Les MisĂ©rables,” “Cats,” “A Chorus Line” and more.
July 20: Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue *
July 22: Ocean City Pops: “Peter and the Wolf.”
July 26: “Our Three Tenors,” with Cody Austin, Jeffrey Halili and Richard Troxell.
July 27: Dave Mason’s Traffic Jam *
July 29: “You’ve Got a Friend: The Music of Carole King and James Taylor,” with Ocean City Pops. Featuring Kirsti Manna and Jonathan Birchfield.
Aug. 2: Ocean City Pops: Country Legends, featuring songs such as “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” “Crazy,” “Harper Valley PTA” and “9 to 5.”
Aug. 9: “Classics at the Pops,” featuring violinist David Kim playing Bach, pianist Alexander Bui playing Chopin and harpist Caitlin Mehrtens and Hanna Hammel playing Mozart.
Aug. 16: Ocean City Pops: Musical Masterpieces. Music from “Downton Abbey” and the Warsaw Concerto, featuring Melinda Whittington and pianist Scott Breiner.
Aug. 19: “Wicked Divas” featuring Broadway stars Laura Woyasz and Julia Murney playing songs from “Wicked” and other musicals.
Aug. 23: Ocean City Pops: Night at the Opera
Aug. 24: The Beach Boys *
Aug. 26: Boston Brass.
Aug. 30: “Standing in the Shadows of Motown Live.” Featuring bassist James Jamerson Jr.
Sept. 6, 8 and 11: “The World Goes Round,” musical with the Greater City Ocean Theatre Company, featuring songs from “Cabaret,” “Chicago” and other musicals.
Sept. 13: “A Night in Old Vienna.” The Best of Johann Strauss Jr. with violinist Robyn Bollinger.
