‘Radio Radio’ will be theme of Bruce Springsteen’s 22nd SiriusXM DJ show

“Radio Radio” will be the theme of Bruce Springsteen’s 22nd DJ show on SiriusXM satellite radio, debuting May 26.

“Radio Radio” will be the theme of Bruce Springsteen’s 22nd DJ show on SiriusXM satellite radio, debuting at May 26 at 10 a.m. the network’s E Street Radio channel (channel 20). E Street Radio DJ Jim Rotolo said on the air this morning that the show will feature songs about the radio by Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Warren Zevon, The Beach Boys, The Nines and others. (May 21 Update: A post on the SiriusXM blog adds Elvis Costello, The Ravyns and Springsteen himself. (see video below for the most likely Costello choice )

The show will be part of The Boss’ “From My Home to Yours” series, which he has been doing since April 2020. You can read transcripts of what he has said on the previous 21 shows, and see YouTube videos of all the songs he has played, via these links:

The shows have lasted between one and two hours each, with repeats and on-demand availability following the initial broadcast. “Radio Radio” will be replayed May 26 at 6 p.m.; May 27 at 6 a.m. and 3 p.m.; May 28 at 7 a.m. and midnight; May 29 at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.; May 30 at 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.; and May 31 at 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
