Bruce Springsteen will be doing a DJ show on SiriusXM satellite radio today (July 29) at 10 a.m., after all.
Though I posted yesterday that he wouldn’t, based on the E Street Radio schedule on the SiriusXM web site, which showed another show in that time slot (and still does, as of 8:30 a.m. this morning), the announcement has been made that Springsteen’s ninth DJ show will in fact air. It will be titled “Rumble Doll,” and feature Springsteen’s wife, Patti Scialfa.
Today happens to be Scialfa’s birthday.
Springsteen has been doing the show, titled “From My Home to Yours,” every other Wednesday since April 8 — except for April 22. That week, the show was on a Friday (April 24) instead of a Wednesday.
