Ringo Starr adds Atlantic City show to ’22 touring schedule

Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band, whose summer tour is scheduled to stop at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank on June 10, have added a fall leg that will include a Sept. 24 concert at the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.

Tickets go on sale April 14 at 10 a.m., with pre-sales beginning April 13 at 10 a.m.; visit ticketmaster.com.

The band will include Edgar Winter, Colin Hay, Steve Lukather, Warren Ham, Gregg Bissonette and Hamish Stuart.

“I can’t wait to see all our fans and until then I’m sending everyone peace and love and see you soon!,” said Starr in a press release.

Other Northeast shows will include The Beacon Theatre in New York, June 6-8; The State Theatre in Easton, Pa., June 11; The Met in Philadelphia, June 19; and The Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Conn., Sept. 23.

Starr will turn 82 on July 7.
