ROGER WATERS

It’s almost a year away, but Roger Waters will bring his upcoming tour, titled Us + Them, to the Prudential Center in Newark, Sept. 7. Tickets, priced from $55 to $250, go on sale Oct. 21 at noon; visit prucenter.com.

The songs will combine Pink Floyd hits and material from his solo albums with new songs.

“We are going to take a new show on the road, the content is very secret,” Waters said on his web site, roger-waters.com. “It’ll be a mixture of stuff from my long career, stuff from my years with Pink Floyd, some new things. Probably 75 percent of it will be old material and 25 percent will be new, but it will be all connected by a general theme.

“It will be a cool show, I promise you. It’ll be spectacular like all my shows have been.”

The tour begins May 26, in Kansas City. Other Northeast shows will include the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Aug. 8-9; the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Sept. 11-12; and the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y., Sept. 15. For the full itinerary, visit roger-waters.com.
