Two of the five 2019 Vans Warped shows will take place in New Jersey.

The long-running Vans Warped Tour said farewell last summer, but organizers didn’t rule out returning with some isolated shows (but not a full tour) this year. Five shows were announced today, and two of them will be in New Jersey.

Vans Warped “25th Anniversary Celebration Events” will take place on the beach in Atlantic City, June 29-30, as well as at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, July 8; and the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif., July 20-21.

Lineups will be announced and tickets will go on sale March 1 at noon, with pre-sales starting Feb. 25. Visit Ticketmaster.com.

(March 1 Update: Here is the lineup, in alphabetical order, with more bands to be announced later: 311, A Day to Remember, Andrew W.K., Andy Black, Anti-Flag, The Aquabats!, Atmosphere, Atrey, Bad Religion, Big D and the Kids Table, Blink-182, Bowling for Soup, Chali 2na & Cut Chemist, Circa Survive, CKY, Dem Atlas, Dirty Heads, The Doped Up Dollies, Eyes Set to Kill, Four Year Strong, Frank Iero & the Future Violents, Glassjaw, Good Charlotte, Gym Class Heroes, H2O, Hidden in Plain View, I the Mighty, Juliet Simms, Kaleido, Less Than Jake, Man Overboard, Memphis May Fire, The Menzingers, Not Ur Girlfrenz, The Offspring, Plague Vendor, Quicksand, Reel Big Fish, Save Ferris, Set It Off, Set Your Goals, Simple Plan, The Skatalites, Sleeping With Sirens, Stacked Like Pancakes, The Starting Line, Taking Back Sunday, Thrice, Trophy Eyes, Valencia, Wage War, We the Kings.)

“The enduring spirit of the Vans Warped Tour remains as bright as ever, continuing to inspire creativity and ambition in new and exciting ways as we prepare for a 25th anniversary celebration in 2019,” Warped founder Kevin Lyman said on the website.

Warped shows typically offer sets by dozens of well-known and up-and-coming punk, metal and alternative bands on many different stages. Most of the New Jersey Warped shows, over the years, have taken place at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, and Raceway Park in Englishtown.
