WILLIE NILE

Willie Nile and Nicole Atkins, who both happen to be first-rate concert performers as well as brilliant songwriters, will perform at the Hoboken Arts & Music Festival, Sept. 27.

This long-running event, which takes place annually (with both Spring and Fall installments) and is free, will feature three stages on Washington Street in downtown Hoboken, with children’s activities and entertainment offered as well, and food and arts and crafts vendors lining the street. Among those joining Nile and Atkins will be Deaf Rhino, Jawbreaker Reunion, SYKA, Twiddlin’ Thumbs, Emily & the Ideals, Glenn Morrow’s Cry for Help, The Annie Minogue Band, Preschool of Rock, Garden Street School of Performing Arts and All Saints Hip Hop (with Jenn Eisenberg).

Atkins is scheduled to perform at 2:40 p.m. and Nile at 4:30 p.m. on the main stage, which will be at Washington Street and the Observer Highway.
