Event will take place in Asbury Park, Sept. 19-20.

Performers will include Health & Happiness Show, Fleshtones, Lenny Kaye and Vernon Reid.

Former Genesis member has shows scheduled at BergenPAC and Scottish Rite Auditorium.

Will perform at East Rutherford stadium Aug. 19.

Group will perform at Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, March 7.

Package includes lawn tickets to Megadeth/Lamb of God, Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin and Korn/Faith No More shows.

The Allman Betts Band, The Wild Feathers and Jaimoe will also perform.

Band will perform at Mayo Performing Arts Center and Count Basie Center for the Arts in July.
