Pearl Jam will headline the third annual Sea.Hear.Now festival, which will take place in Asbury Park, Sept. 19-20.
Other performers will include the Avett Brothers, Cage the Elephant, Billy Idol, Lord Huron, Dirty Heads, The Beach Boys, Patti Smith, The Growlers, Grouplove, Dr. Dog, Goose, Phoebe Bridgers, Ani DiFranco, The Dirty Knobs with Mike Campbell, Gang of Youths, Remember Jones, Nahko & Medicine for the People, Reignwolf, The Happy Fits, Briston Maroney, Liz Cooper & the Stampede, Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears, Hirie, Jackson Pines, American Trappist and Black Flamingos.
Two-day tickets will go on sale at noon March 9. They’re priced at $185, $315, $620, $1550 and $7,950 (the highest-priced tickets include hotel rooms and golf-cart transportation between stages, among other amenities).
Bands will perform on stages on the beach, and in Bradley Park. The festival will also include surfing activities, food and visual art displays, and Asbury Park nightclubs will offer late-night music in conjunction with it.
Jack Johnson and Incubus co-headlined the first Sea.Hear.Now festival, in 2018, which featured a surprise appearance by Bruce Springsteen (with Social Distortion). The Dave Matthews Band and The Lumineers co-headlined last year.
