The Experience Hendrix Tour has shows lined up for Red Bank and Atlantic City.
Some of the world’s greatest blues and rock musicians will once again gather to play the music of Jimi Hendrix on next’s year’s edition of the long-running Experience Hendrix Tour. The tour comes to the Event Center at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City on March 19; and the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank on March 22.
According to the web site experiencehendrixtour.com, the lineup for both shows will include Buddy Guy, Zakk Wylde (of Black Label Society and Ozzy Osbourne’s band), Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jonny Lang, Dweezil Zappa, Eric Johnson, bassist Billy Cox (of the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Band Of Gypsys), drummer Chris Layton (of Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble), Mato Nanji (of Indigenous), Noah Hunt (of the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band) and Henri Brown.
Tickets for Atlantic City go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 30; visit theborgata.com. Tickets for Red Bank go on sale at noon Oct. 30; visit countbasietheatre.org.
There will also be a show at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn on March 18, with tickets going on sale via Ticketmaster at 10 a.m. Oct. 30.
