Light of Day Update: Acts added, daily lineups announced

This year’s Light of Day Festival will take place online, Feb. 12-14.

Following the announcement, last week, of this year’s virtual edition of the annual Light of Day Festival, more details have emerged, including more acts and daily lineups.

As in the past, this Light of Day will raise money to fight Parkinson’s Disease and related ailments. The streams will be free but donations can be made at lightofday.org/donate.

Here is the schedule, as it currently stands. I will update it as additions or changes are made. The music will be shown on Facebook and YouTube, unless otherwise noted below. For more information and updates, visit lightofday.org.

Since its formation in 2000, Light of Day has raised close to $6 million.

Light of Day Canada has also announced the acts for its Feb. 19-20 Online Festival. They include Steve Earle, Wayne Kramer, Willie Nile, Joe Grushecky, Tom Morello, John Cafferty, Jake Clemons, Jesse Malin, Rusty Young, Joe D’Urso, Eddie Manion and Miss Emily.
