Split Level Concerts performers will include, clockwise from top left, Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis, Kim Richey, Heather Maloney, Abbie Gardner and Stephen Kellogg.

Willie Nile, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Kim Richey will be among the performers in the third season of the Split Level Concerts series at The Palaia Theater at The Jersey Shore Arts Center in Ocean Grove.

Subscription packages are now available for those previously subscribed or expressed interest. Single tickets will go on sale June 23 at 10 a.m. For information, visit jerseyshoreartscenter.org/splitlevel.

The Arts Center is housed in a building that was formerly a high school, and offers an eclectic assortment of arts programming in addition to the concert series. Jeanne Power-Galli, JSAC’s creative director, said in a press release that the second Split Level season “built on the success of season one, averaging a larger crowd size per show, ultimately drawing more people to JSAC to learn what we’re all about.”

Split Level founder Mark Klemow said that during the second season, “I got the distinct feeling that we are really beginning to build something significant for Ocean Grove and its surrounding communities. Patrons are returning again and again, even if they are unfamiliar with the artists we are presenting.”

Here is the lineup. All shows are at 8 p.m. Most of the opening acts will be named later.

Oct. 31: Willie Nile (solo, storyteller show), Robinson Treacher
Dec. 5: John Gorka
Jan. 9: Dan Bern
Feb. 13: Catie Curtis & Band
March 13: Stephen Kellog
April 10: Abbie Gardner
May 8: Heather Maloney & Band
June 5: Kim Richey

Proceeds from the shows will benefit the Jersey Shore Arts Center. The second season netted approximately $10,000, with the money going toward other arts programming and improvements to the building.

Also as in season two, Split Level Concerts is partnering with Brookdale Public Radio 90.5 The Night and Musicians on a Mission, which will collect cash donations and non-perishable food items to donate to Fulfill (formerly The FoodBank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties).

Split Level Concerts began as a house concert series in 2000 and has also presented shows at the JCC of Central New Jersey in Scotch Plains, and The Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway.
