NJPAC announces action-packed 2018-19 season

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center has announced its 2018-19 season — more than 150 events, with others to be added regularly in the weeks to come. Tickets to many of the shows will go on sale May 18 at 10 a.m.

Offerings include shows in NJPAC’s Thursday night Sounds of the City series; in the seventh annual TD James Moody Jazz Festival (including a double bill of Gregory Porter and Dianne Reeves and a salute to Latin Jazz featuring Sheila E., Eddie Palmieri, Tito Nieves and others); and in the four-day Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival (a biennial event that is North America’s largest poetry festival).

The Speakers Series will feature James Comey, Jeb Bush, Gloria Steinem, Jay Leno and others, Michael Feinstein and Laura Osnes will be among the performers in the American Song Series.
