Thompson, Malo, Nile to be among those presenting free concerts in Woodbridge this summer

Richard Thompson will present a free show in Woodbridge, June 23.

The city of Woodbridge, which presented free, outdoor, socially distanced concerts on the football field of Woodbridge High School in 2020, will do so again in the summer of 2021. Artists will include Richard Thompson (who was one of the 2020 performers) Raul Malo of The Mavericks, “American Idol” finalist Crystal Bowersox and the Venezuelan singer Nella.

The following shows are confirmed. (Note: This list has been updated on March 23, with Tuesday tribute shows, Willie Nile on Sept. 1 and Savoy Brown on Aug. 18 added.)
