Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band’s fall tour will include a concert at The PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, Sept. 27. Tickets will go on sale July 10 at 10 a.m., with pre-sales beginning July 7 at 10 a.m. Visit ticketmaster.com.
It will be a two-week tour with other stops including The State Theater in Easton, Pennsylvania, Sept. 24; Bethel Woods in Bethel, New York, Sept. 25; and Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York, Oct. 1.
The band will include Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Hamish Stuart, Gregg Bissonette and Buck Johnson.
Starr, who will turn 86 on July 7, released a new album, Long Long Road, in April. Contributors include Billy Strings, Sheryl Crow, St. Vincent, Molly Tuttle and Sarah Jarosz. Check out the video for the title track, below.
This is the 16th version of the All Starr Band, whose first edition came together in 1989 to back Starr on tour. They have played at The PNC Bank Arts Center many times over the years; most recently, in 2008.
