The State Theatre has announced its 2026-27 Broadway Series.
A 20th anniversary production of the Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons jukebox musical “Jersey Boys,” the Neil Diamond musical “A Beautiful Noise,” a musical version of “A Christmas Story” and the “Wizard of Oz” update “The Wiz” will all be part of the 2026-27 Broadway Series at The State Theatre in New Brunswick.
Subscription packages are currently on sale. Tickets to individual shows will go on sale in July. Visit stnj.org.
Here is the season:
Sept. 25-27: “Beetlejuice”
Oct. 16-17: “Jersey Boys”
Nov. 20-22: “A Christmas Story: The Musical”
Jan. 15-17: “Water for Elephants”
March 6-7: “The Wiz”
March 19-21: “A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical”
June 4-6, 2027: “Shucked”
All of these musicals except “A Beautiful Noise” received a Tony nomination in the Best Musical category, and “The Wiz” and “Jersey Boys” won.
