Each of the Morristown shows will have a different focus. Nov. 3 will feature The Royal Scam in its entirety. Nov. 4 and 7 will feature Gaucho and Aja, respectively, while Nov. 6 will be devoted to “Greatest Hits.”

Shortly before the tour starts, two live album will be released.

Northeast Corridor: Steely Dan Live! will feature recordings from various Northeast venues (including The Beacon Theatre in New York and The Met in Philadelphia) of band hits and album tracks as well as a cover of Joe Williams’ “A Man Ain’t Supposed to Cry.”

The Nightfly Live will feature all the songs from Steely Dan frontman Donald Fagen’s 1982 album, as performed by him and Steely Dan in concert.

The albums will be released digitally and on CD on Sept. 24 and on vinyl on Oct. 1. Online ticket purchase for the tour come with a copy of either album.

Steely Dan co-founder Walter Becker died in 2017 but Fagen has kept the band going on his own since then.
