
FRENCH MONTANA
The new, 3,000-seat Dream Live Performing Arts Center at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford has announced its first concert. Moroccan-American rapper French Montana will perform there, June 13 at 9 p.m., after the 6 p.m. Brazil vs. Morocco World Cup soccer game at nearby MetLife Stadium.
Tickets to the concert are available at ticketmaster.com.
American Dream chief marketing officer Adam Petrick has called Dream Live “a significant step forward in our continued evolution as a global entertainment destination” as well as “a platform for top-tier talent and diverse programming.”
No other shows are currently scheduled.
French Montana was born (as Karim Kharbouch) in Morocco in 1984; he and his family moved to New York when he was 13. His hits include “Unforgettable” (with Swae Lee), “Pop That” (with Rick Ross, Drake and Lil Wayne) and “No Shopping” (with Drake).
