Tickets go on sale for Light of Day’s 2020 Montclair show

The lineup has not been announced yet, but tickets are now on sale for the 2020 edition of the annual Light of Day show at the Outpost in the Burbs in Montclair. It will take place Jan. 10.

The Outpost show traditionally kicks off the Light of Day festival, which raises money for Parkinson’s disease research, and takes place mainly in Asbury Park. For Light of Day information and updates, visit lightofday.org.

This will be the sixth Montclair Light of Day show. The co-headliners in the first five years were:

2015: Willie Nile, James Maddock, Garland Jeffreys, Joe D’Urso, Steve Conte.

2016: Willie Nile, Richard Barone, John Easdale, Joe D’Urso, Jill Hennessy.

2017: Willie Nile, Jeffrey Gaines, Joe D’Urso, Chuck Prophet, Ben Arnold.

2018: Willie Nile, James Maddock, Jeffrey Gaines, Joe D’Urso, Emily Grove.

2019: Willie Nile, James Maddock, Williams Honor, Joe D’Urso, Danielia Cotton.

The Outpost has also announced a show by Chuck Prophet, on Jan. 25. The venue’s current schedule include:

Oct. 18: Emily Duff, Scott Wolfson and Other Heroes
Nov. 8: Dirty Dozen Brass Band
Nov. 16: “Beatles Bash” with The Weeklings and a 10-piece orchestra
Nov. 22: Amy Helm, The Restless Age
Dec. 6: Milk Carton Kids
Dec. 13: Chris Barron of The Spin Doctors
Jan. 10: Light of Day
Jan. 25: Chuck Prophet
